In a statement to GNS news agency, Lashkar chief Mehmood Shah said that LeT cadres have seized control of forces’ stronghold in Karan Nagar.
“The freedom fighters of Lashkar-e-Taiba continue to seize control of the stronghold in Karan Nagar (Srinagar),” he was quoted as saying, in the statement.
Shah, as per the statement, also paid tributes to militants killed in the gunfight with government forces at Sunjwan army camp, Jammu.
“Indian forces are not equipped with the knowledge of war tactics, the evidence being the Sunjwan army camp where a handful of freedom fighters held their stronghold for several hours. It is the Indian forces who are used to picking up their dead for several consecutive days.”
