J&K State Rural Livelihoods Mission invites the applications from eligible candidates, who should be permanent residents of J&K State, for filling up of the various posts Senior Project Manager, Livelihoods, Block Programme Manager ,MIS Assistant (for 2 blocks of Kashmir divi­sion and 2 blocks of Ladakh region), Accountant-cum- Adminis­trative Assistant (for the blocks of Basohli, Kishtwar, Gundna, Baderwah, Kalakote, Pulwama, Wavoora, Khovripora, Breng, Kargil and Chochut) on contractual bases in J&K State Rural Livelihoods Mission:-

4Accountant-cum- Adminis­trative Assistant (for the blocks of Basohli, Kishtwar, Gundna, Baderwah, Kalakote, Pulwama, Wavoora, Khovripora, Breng, Kargil and Chochut)1115000A person having retired from the post of not less than Accounts Officer in substantive capacity from the State Finance Department and not having crossed the age of 62 years. Preference shall be given to the candidates belonging to the district in which the block falls.

  2. The applications complete in all respects should reach the office of Mission Director, JKSRLM, Kashmir (in case of candidates belonging to Kashmir division) and Additional Mission Director, JKSRLM, Jammu (in case of candidates belonging to Jammu division) at their respective addresses given below, by or before 14.07.2016 either in person or by post. Any application received after this date shall not be entertained:

    Additional Mission Director, JKSRLM, Jammu (H.No.164, Adarsh Vihar, Deeli, Channi, Jammu).


Important Note : 

The contractual engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:-

  1. SPM (Livelihoods) shall have to work in the State Office, which moves with the Darbar.
  2. Accountant-cum-Administrative Assistant shall have to work at the block level in any of the blocks of the State where the project Umeed is being implemented.
  3. The period of contract shall be initially one year, terminable at one month’s notice from either side. The extension shall be subject to the need of the society and the performance of the incumbent.
  4. The candidates should enclose self attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials/documents with the application form.
  5. There should not be any case of criminal nature pending against the candidate in any police station/ crime branch/vigilance organization or in the court of law.
